PULSAR THERMION 2 LRF XQ50 PRO THERMAL SCOPE
Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XQ50 PRO Thermal scope introduces a laser rangefinder to the popular 384×288 XQ50 series of thermal riflescope, but now with sub 25mK NETD sensor and F50/1.0 offering next level thermal performance, with a crisp detailed image, in a wide range of weather conditions.
PULSAR THERMION 2 LRF XQ50 PRO THERMAL SCOPE
With up to 1800m detection range and an all new integrated 800m laser rangefinder, the Pulsar Thermion 2 PRO XQ50 LRF thermal rifle scope is likely to be a popular choice for foxing and vermin control.
The Pulsar Thermion 2 LRF XQ50 Pro features an all new, highly sensitive, European-made 384x288px, 17µm Lynred thermal sensor, providing a richly contrasted, crisp thermal image. This thermal riflescope will achieve enhanced identification of wildlife, and reveal the smallest details in the background image such as leaves, branches and the general topography, even in the most challenging weather conditions when thermal contrast is low.
The Thermion 2 LRF XQ50 Pro delivers ultimate detection efficiency through its F50/1.0 fast lens. Combining this lens with a highly sensitive thermal sensor enables the scope to offer astounding detection capabilities. It can detect a standard 1.8m tall human or deer shaped object at distances out to 1800m in daylight or complete darkness in a wide range of weather conditions.
The base magnification increases fourfold at 3.0x -12.0x, with a zoom which can change either gradually by 2x steps, or continuously, allowing the user to set the ideal magnification ratio and visible field of view to suit any situation.
Features a high definition 1024×768 HD AMOLED display with enhanced colour rendering and a high contrast image, providing a clear and smooth picture whilst on-the-move.
The Thermion 2 LRF XQ50 Pro features a built-in precision laser rangefinder that fits seamlessly within the clearance limits of a single optical channel, offering a measuring distance of up to 800m ± 1m, providing the user with a more accurate sense of distance within their observation area.
Picture in Picture (PiP) mode uses 10% of the AMOLED display to allow the user to display an HD zeroing frame. This mode will display a magnified image of the target and reticle, whilst simultaneously retaining visual control over the entire field of view.
5 shooting profiles for a multitude of weapon or cartridge types are available with the Thermion 2 XQ50 LRF Pro. Each profile can hold up to 10 zeroing distances and offer up to 50 zeroing distances overall. Furthermore, a selection of 10 electronic reticle configurations are available in 9 colour modes. These electronic reticles are displayed in the same plane as the target.
A new, improved battery allows users to continue their hunt well into the night, offering an extended operation time of up to 10 hours on a single charge (depending on temperature), with two rechargeable batteries provided.
Quick replacement of the second battery is made possible thanks to the embossment on the body, making swapping the batteries by touch nice and easy in darkness.
The Thermion 2 LRF XQ50 Pro has been designed to be robust and durable whilst retaining familiar riflescope aesthetics when mounted on any hunting weapon using standard 30mm ring mounts. The recoil generated by a high calibre weapon does not pose a threat to the internal electronics. They are designed to withstand the highest of impact loads, ensuring their safe application on large calibre hunting rifles as well as smooth-bore and pneumatic weapons.
Designed to work in a wide variety of temperatures, this riflescope will operate in -25 to +50 °C, with the frost-free AMOLED display providing a stunning image, even when objects are observed in motion. Its IPX7 waterproof rating also means the Thermion 2 LRF XQ50 Pro riflescope will work seamlessly in heavy rain, high humidity, and even after immersion in 1 metre of water for up to 30 minutes.
Capture once-in-a-lifetime moments with the Thermion 2 LRF XQ50 Pro’s built-in video and still image recording capabilities. This, combined with the built-in dual-band Wi-Fi module and Stream Vision 2 connectivity, will allow the user to view and share memorable moments of their hunt.
Connecting the Stream Vision 2 mobile app to the device will open up a whole range of features and functions. It will give you the ability to use your mobile phone or tablet as a second screen, remote control of digital functions, viewing and sharing videos and still images, remotely installing all the latest firmware updates, and much more. The app is available for Apple and Android devices on the Apple AppStore and the Google Play Store respectively.
