PULSAR AXION XM30F HAND HELD THERMAL IMAGER

The Axion XM30F has a space-saving and pocket-sized design, weighing less than 250 grams. This is a classic option for hunting and wildlife observation. The device is easy to grip and operate by right-handed and left-handed people alike due to the symmetrical arrangement of buttons on the upper panel. The Axion XM30F is equipped with a high quality thermal imaging sensor with a 12-micron pixel helping it to achieve the detection of a 1.8 metre high object at a distance up to 1300 metres in favourable conditions.

The 3x magnification feature of the Axion XM30F is sufficiently optimised for the study of wildlife at short to medium distances. The generous field of view allows the user to observe dynamic scenes. The magnification can be increased up to 4 times using the digital zoom to identify distant objects.

The Axion XM30F is designed for prolonged hard use. The magnesium alloy housing is light and strong, reliably protecting the internal components from shocks, drops, moisture, heat or cold. At the same time the metal housing acts as a heat sink to dissipate heat from from the electronics. This helps to minimise image noise and increases consistency of the device operation during long-term observation.

A quick-change APS3 rechargeable battery provides up to 7 hours of continuous operation of the thermal imaging device on a single charge. The battery is removed from its battery housing and replaced with a new one in a matter of seconds. The battery can then be charged using the external charger or alternatively, inside the device itself from a PC. A household power supply or power bank via USB can also be used to charge the battery.
